Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

At Aquerea, most of our products are customized specifically for each client. As a result, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all orders placed through our website or directly with our team.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before artwork approval and production commencement.

Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customized Products

As all custom-labelled bottles are produced specifically for each customer, customized orders are generally non-refundable after production has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer
• Order cannot be fulfilled by Aquerea
• Products delivered are substantially different from the approved order specifications
• Manufacturing defects affecting the supplied products

Damaged Deliveries

If products are received damaged, customers must notify Aquerea within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs.

After verification, Aquerea may offer:

• Replacement of affected products
• Partial refund
• Full refund where appropriate

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Customer-approved design errors
• Delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer
• Minor variations in print appearance that do not affect product usability

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.
